PAN TARTARUGA E - Preparation  for "tartaruga" bread with oat, barley, mais and soya.

 

Description: PAN TARTARUGA, PAN TARTARUGA NUCLEO 20% and PAN TARTARUGA E are complete mixes which, thanks to their selected, perfectly balanced and completely natural ingredients, only need yeast, water and olive oil to make the classic and appreciated pane tartaruga. PAN TARTARUGA E is different from PAN TARTARUGA and PAN TARTARUGA NUCLEO 20%  as it contains not only maize and oats, but also barley and soy. In addition, all its components are in flour instead of meal.
