Glucose syrup

Description: GLUCOSE is the traditional, multi-purpose syrup with a medium-level D.E.. The optimum balance between simple sugars and polysaccharides, the medium-strength sweetening power, the not too high viscosity and the good anticrystallization properties enable you to obtain finished products in the confectionery and ice-cream making sectors with improved quality. The excessive sweetness of a confectionery item can be easily reduced by partially replacing the sugar with GLUCOSE.
